I'm digging this Zin from the Sierra Foothills. Cherries and cola. Meaty and chewy with more acidity than you'd expect from a zin and a firm tannic backbone.

Complex Red. Cherries, chocolate and cola. Touch of mint and baking spices. There is a “meaty” quality to this wine. Lots of acidity and firm tannins. Full but very approachable.

Candies beets nose, lots of oak and rustic bite, doesn’t quite come around at first but opens slightly after a bit, it is clean though and easy, nice tannin old ness
