Trocken Riesling

Smoking good value.

Had at the BDA/BISA function. December 12, 2017. It’s very nice and similar to he Chateau Ste Michelle Eroica (not quite as good). Good sweetness with a dry finish. Will work with spicy shrimp, tamarind glaze or chili jam.

Almost perfect. I had a German Riesling at a local restaurant last week that was better, but I did not record the name. Bond Wines North Carolina

Way too light. Appealing to Germans, who think this makes it dry

For $14 this is a great find. Long last of green apples pineapple and citrus

Just less sweet than off dry with enough acid. Green apple and citrus
