Nose: subtle aroma of barley sugar, cooked plums, hint of black pepper, dates, damsons.. quite mellow in general. Palate: not sweet, fine and elegant tannins, supple wine. Hints of smoky flavours, black fruit (black berries, plums). Peppery at the end, Good level of acidity and flavours are balanced overall
