Yeesh, thank goodness it's cool enough to drink wine again. Not bad with skirt steak and chimichurri.

This is a grocery store wine but there's a lot to like. Gorgeous nose of black cherry, stems, tea. Wine is immediately pleasing on the palate, not a lot of bright acidity but fleshy red fruits, smokiness, and soft tannins. Carmenere-like.

Very nice! Fruity, raspberries on the nose. Fairly full bodied, lovely inky red colour. Nice sour freshness at the front of the palette, rounds out to smoke/oak with some spice at the back.

Black fruits, vegetation and oak on the nose. The palate has a strong oak backbone and brings notes of juicy red strawberries, vanilla, and figs. Medium body, velvety mouthfeel and a moderate finish of dried black fruits and cream. Supple tannins.
