A subtle scent of red fruits and minerality. Nice acidic balance, slight warming, evidence of oak. A smooth mix of strawberry & cherry, very easy to drink. Could do with a bit more bite or edge for my liking. It went very well with salmon cutlets where the fruit really came through.
