This Prosecco was in the December box as I think you really can’t go wrong with bubbles this time of year! Range Life NV (non-vintage) hails from the King 👑 Valley in Victoria.
If you don’t already know, Prosecco is made of the Glera grape 🍇 variety. It’s not particularly common in Australia however you will find a lot of the planting’s in the Italy of Australia, the King Valley.
Firstly I love the funky retro label by @draplin - simple and cool. What’s inside is equally cool with a bubbly that’s lemon on the eye with sand like bubbles. On the nose I pick up crisp toffee apple and grapefruit sprinkled with vanilla. In the mouth it has a soft, plush texture with an abundance of orchard fruit and a ‘let me help refresh you’ acidity. A delish Aussie Prosecco!
