Fruity on the palate with blackberries, blueberries, cherries, red currants, vanilla, strawberries, oak, earth, dirt, sour cherries, licorice, cloves and peppercorn.
Medium finish with soft tannins and black pepper.
This is a good everyday red blend. Not too complex, but still very drinkable. Better when chilled.
50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Petite Verdot and 15% Merlot. Aged for 14 months in French and American oak and bottled in January 2015. The grapes were hand picked from vineyards in southern Israel.
14% alcohol by volume.
