Loved this one. Grower champagne from Cote de blanc. Dosage of 5g/L.
Nose .. bruised apples, cider smell or more yellow apples and quince/ ripe pear. You can smell biscuits ( yeast)
The acidity is not sharp, it's quite medium. It's more like a wine than champagne. Subtly honey. $620
