Very high in its acidity and tonight too much for my liking. In the nose loads of bruised apples.

Loved this one. Grower champagne from Cote de blanc. Dosage of 5g/L.
Nose .. bruised apples, cider smell or more yellow apples and quince/ ripe pear. You can smell biscuits ( yeast)
The acidity is not sharp, it's quite medium. It's more like a wine than champagne. Subtly honey. $620
