Santa Valha Red Wine from Portugal. 2011. Nice violet color. Very strong soil/mushroom on the nose. Medium acidity. Dry. Alcohol. Berries and sour apple. There's certain brightness in the taste. Sunny flavor? Mineral on the finish. Complex wine. Very unique encounter. That's why you cannot stop trying new wines.
