Wonderful Portuguese style. 1 year in French oak. Violate and raspberry notes on the nose and in the flavors. Young wine and low acidity, quite chalky but would be great with meat. Flower notes. Wine educator says to try with Capa - pork neck with pepper, cloves, nutmeg, salt and let aged.
