Much better on Day 1. Bright black fruit and spice, day 2 the fruit is faded and secondary flavors are less exciting, although revealing black cherry, licorice, and some olive. Great food wine, just not sure why it was so muted the second day. 8.8 on open, 8.5 on day 2.

V08. Juicy Black Cherry. Black Pepper, Tar, Tabaco. Drop flavors, but well balanced. Nice wine, would pair well with spicy dishes.
