👃On the nose: elegant beginning with red and black fruits going up to a great wild fruits and soft floral notes.
👄 On the mouth: we can easily feel some wild fruits, has a middle body, with a soft tannins, and a vibrant acidity. The taste stay in the mouth for some time. And then elegantly disappear.
🍽️ Harmonization: semi hard cheese, rosted pork ribeye, mutton, buffalo meat and bean risotto with rib.

Douro's are quiet unique and hard to find in Canada right now. I've had better, but for price range this one was alright.

Apr 12th, 2021Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Corsé mais pas trop. Se boit bien, bel équilibre avec présence fruit rouge. Belle robe soyeuse ! À refaire assurément.
