Terre Siciliane Catarratto Blend

Interesting mix of wines, original and slightly acid taste

Used to fond this as a really tasteful, multi flavoured, charmig. Did not remember it as so vanilla oaky. Its a soft roud full body, vanilla oaky jucy wine, even thoug The mix of differnt grapes, assume fermented separatly and blended, Dont think it gets more interesting by age or breathing. Still pleasing enough round The table to ricotta ravioli with sugo.
