Clear pale gold
Clean medium plus intensity. Honey, floral, apricot with hints of citrus on the nose
Palate: sweet, high acid, citrus, honey, fresh stone fruits. Med body with a long finish.
Great dessert wine with fresh fruits and floral at the forefront. Lower alcohol and less oak separate it from a traditional Sauternes.
