I have absolutely no idea what this is but it is unbelievable

A touch of white flower note, star fruit, green apple, pear, lemony, grapefruit peel, med plus acidity, lots minerality, a bit salinity. Med plus finish. Good with fish and vegetables.

Salty and fresh with just enough weight and a lingering taste of sweet lime. Great seafood wine.

Love this wine, very intellectual

2011 Punta Crena Mataòssu. Grapefruit, smoke, more citrus. Crisp, elegant. Unusual. Delicious. Who knew Mataòssu could age?!
