Smooth mouthfeel, luscious experience, ruby red colour with a cranberry hue. Perfect pairing for a cedar plank salmon. This vintage is newly released and ready to enjoy. Although I agree with the label, which recommends short ribs, I strongly recommend maple glazed smoked salmon for an excellent pairing.
