Medium+ intensity aromas of strawberry, red plums, dark cherry, vanilla, cedar and hints of violets. Dry in the mouth with a medium+ well-integrated acidity, medium+ fine-grained tannins, medium(+) body and medium(+) intensity flavours. Long finish. Very good quality wine. It has a lingering finish and a perfect balance between all structural elements. The nose is elegant and shows complexity provided by oak ageing, however not enough to be considered outstanding. The wine is too young to drink now. It has a very firm tannic and acidic structure and will benefit from a couple of years of cellaring, it has a cellaring potential of 7-10 years.

Carmel, juniper berry, smoked tea leaf. Acid gives way after a few hours. Tannins uneven. Fruit began in balance.

This is one of the funky wines that can open your eyes to Portugal. Super aromatic with ripe fruit. I would use this wine as a bridge to get a Napa fanatic to take a chance on.

Deep ruby with a violet hue. Medium plus intensity of aromas of red berries, strawberries and tangerines. Medium plus fine grain tannins. Sensations of berries, coffee grinds, tobacco. Quite long finish. Great wine.

I dont see Portuguese reds that often. White peppercorn. Tea leaves. Low tannins. Paired perfectly with wagyu skirt steak. Thanks for the rec Chloe!

The aromatics of ripe merlot/pinot noir, the fruit profile of Washington syrah, and the structure of a ripe-year Bordeaux. A perfect bridge between Cali Cabernet and left bank French drinkers.
