What a Cabernet Franc Blend! As expected, incredibly floral on the nose with spice, fruit cake and graphite. Blue and black fruit on the palate with massive structure. Zero CF-typical green pepper to this. Can’t imagine where this will end up in a few years. One of the bottles I was most excited to try, so thank you @Eric LaMasters ! I need to find some of this.

The 2016 Space and Time is a phenomenal wine. Beautifully made - floral nose and fairly full body mouthfeel with a lot of finesse. It’s so young but you should definitely not shy away from trying it now. I’m sure it will age really well though but I’m not sure I’ll be able to save mine.

The just-bottled 2016 Space and Time from Aaron Pott is really amazing! The Chateauneuf du Pott site grows phenomenal Cabernet Franc. Amazing purity of fruit, and really elegant. I can’t wait until this is released!
