Very nice light, crisp Viognier. Nose of flowers, citrus, and tart apples. Subtle and beautifully balanced on the palate with apple, lilies, and beeswax with a finish that highlights the refreshing acidity.

This is drinking really nicely right now. Much more subtle and less in-your-face than many new-world Viogniers tend to be. Sort of has the body and palate weight of a nice Chardonnay, but the flavors are more in the floral and lime range. Very refreshing yet complex enough to reward some real contemplation.

Really interesting. Minerals, herbs ... great with food. A little tough without.
