Tasted one day after the Wein Salon Natürel in Cologne, Germany. Second edition of Germany's first natural wine fair. Left over open bottle that I took home.
Bergamot, Rosewater, apple juice nose. Lively acidity, only 11% abv and a mouthful of tannins. Earl grey and marzipan palate, orange and Rosewater aftertaste. A bit too young, got the 2006 in my fridge...
