Slovakian glou. Grape is Pesecká Leánka, am indigenous variety I had never heard of until chatting with the rep from Black Lamb Wines at Wild Bunch this weekend. The wine tastes like pears and honey, with a surprising acidity that maintains structure. Really fun.
