Pierre le Graud
Crozes Hermitage Syrah

5/2022. Good medium bodied Syrah. Nice color and feels good on the palate. Paired well with the snapper at G&V.

Cherry and bacon fat. Lots of bacon fat. A long finish with firm tannins. Medium bodied. A good intro for Rhône newbies.

Way overripe. Chambord like aromas and flavors - along with noticeable heat - overwhelm everything else. Not for me. Probably shouldn't be for anyone who isn't making a Kit Royale.
