One of the best 100a% Meuniers I have had. Initial Meyer lemon, giving way to a savory balance of acid, stones, and tension. Tiny mousse. Not refined, but rather focused. Will live a long time. Served with Pizza Putanesca from my wood fired oven. So tempted to open another bottle. But that would be wrong.
