Sweet front full of anise. Only getting smoke and a green note I can't place on the nose. Finishing very peppery... Tobala is harvested in the spring at higher altitudes according to the bartender. There is no such thing as batch consistency with Pierde Almas, which is why it fetches a high price tag... Each experience is unique and God Bless that...
