May 15th, 2016Cuvée Freddy. Tastes like a bottle of Rodenbach that went bad... which is still not terrible. Used band-aids and decaying oak. No sweetness at all, which it desperately needs. Update: much better after having some time to oxidize. Still very metallic and a bit thin.
