Alvinne Undressed Flanders Oud Bruin

These beers always make me take a step back. Red licorice, even strawberry twizzler on the nose with dried fig and balsamic notes. Palate is simultaneously rich fruit and tart rhubarb with superfine bubbles. No oak- just pure malt and soured character. Sublime w salty cheese and plum preserve.

Tastes like tamarindo. Personally I enjoy this style with breakfast. Eggs, sausage, muffins. #alvinne #goodstuff (ps: I think rodenbach is trying to get at this, but tastes more artificial)
