Good concentration and balance, but it feels opaque and lethargic. The aromatic range does not span and the dynamic range restricted. Preferable to many that are fake and over-processed, but seems too conservative compared to domaines like Arlaud, Trapet and De Montille.

As pretty a young Burg as I've had in a long time. This is all about sweet cherry liqueur but has that depth that you get in a good Maraschino that makes it special. Maybe they put the pits in... :)

Reductive as hell on open, starts to emerge after 4 hours, and after 8, it's starting to get pretty. Cherry, strawberry, coffee, cola, spice, celery, stems and youth. Let this one sleep for a decade or more!
