Cuvée des Lys Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne Blend

Really, really unique. Star fruit, white flowers, spice pear, and a salty clay character. Delicious.

100% Pinot blanc, very interesting

I could do with a little less dosage. Otherwise, no criticism! This is a very tasty wine from an anomalous Champagne variety.

Nose: tangerine and limestone, some floral notes.
Palate: nice mineral note with more citrus and flowers, finish is long, with a bit of citrus peel clinging on.

Nice aroma. Very effervescent. Very enjoyable. I do prefer gosset to this but not a bad bottle.

2011 - $65
Wow! Pinot Blanc is killin it! Peach-filled pastry nose with plenty of fresh almonds and a hint of dried orange peel. Bruised apple with almond pastry on the generous palate. Honied finish, that is crisp despite a bit too much dosage for me.
