Note : Yes, this rosé is orange! But only for the 2016 which is a marvel! Unfortunately no longer available for sale (I took the last 12 bottles...). A fruity nose on apricot (hmmmmmm), citrus fruits like peach and roundness tied to Pinot Noir. In the mouth, very greedy and more complex than a simple rosé of Provence. We can feel the intensity of the pinot that stands out. Always a delight to taste.

Note : A rosé Burgundy... yes! This radically changes the rosés that are traditionally tasted. As Philippe Cordonnier said so well, once you have tasted it, you fall in love with it. A silky robe for this rosé which is accompanied by a very deep nose with aromas of citrus fruits, apricots, grapefruit, peach. On the palate, a greed and deep tannins that will amaze everyone, even the non-drinkers of rosé (yes, it exists...)
Only limited to 600 bottles.
