Pas de Nom Willamette Valley Chardonnay

This is a new offering from the Penner Ash team, I believe. It’s light in style showing lanolin, honeysuckle, lemon oil and lemon on the nose. On the palate, it has a nice entry and finish but the mid palate comes across a little hollow...maybe time will help. There is a unique yet faint note of cotton candy here too. Interesting.
