Gotta say this is easily one of my favorite Malbecs that I've tried. Definitely prefer the French style to the Argentinian. Very dry with black cherries on the nose. Not a ton of fruit on the palate, this is earthy and deep, with mushrooms and nice herbs. Firm tannins here and it has some nice weight.
