Pavi Napa Valley Dolcetto 2005: Medium-plus bodied. High acidity. Well-aged integrated tannins. Dark fruit dominate. Cherry. Plum. Leather. Earth. Oak. Smooth persistent finish. Overall, a really enjoyable wine. The quality & flavors of this wine are outstanding and age has only improved the characteristics; softer tannins & less alcohol burn. My friends & I loved every drop of it! Great week to all! Cheers🍷

Lush and fruity. Put a chill on this wine. But it’s a classic easy drinking Red.

This is such an interesting wine! Floral nose like lilacs or rose! Good medium body, hits mid and back palate, and a lingering silky finish I'm not sure how to describe. I think it will soften as it breathes, it's Euro but it's not, quite lovely for $20. Vintage 2008.
