Right in the middle on sweetness/dryness/acidity which makes it very easy to drink, but the nose is sharp and sour and I'd prefer it a bit smoother. Lots of red fruit with a smokey after taste. Less jammy than the appassimentos I've had but still very fruit forward.

Much to sweet and light

From the Cheese Iron. Really enjoyed how smooth this was. Bold with a deep color. Not many tannins.
