Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon

Big bold cab from paso Robles. A hidden gem from somewhere other than Napa or Sonoma.

I don't know if I got a bad bottle, but this wine was definitely not for me - bold dark flavors but lack of complexity and did not develop like I had hoped

I wasn't sure about this after I started sipping it but the more I had the drier it got and then I felt a tangy after taste I did not like! I will save the rest for when it doesn't matter!
