Really trying some great cavas right now. This 2010 vintage was outstanding. One of the most complex cavas I have ever enjoyed.

N:lemon and apples with lots of toasty notes, but also a juicy quality to the aromas.
P: rich but simultaneously juicy and bright. A little pineapple juice in addition to the notes previous around aromas, with a touch of flinty smoke. Nicely integrated flavors.
Very refreshing with lobster in garlic/tomato/pine nut sauce and roasted potatoes.
