80% Nebbiolo, 15% Barbera, 5% Merlot blend, with grapes slightly dried on the vines.

Due to this style, it shows loads of baked lush fruit, all-spice, dried herbs, and purple flowers. Chalky, but developed tannins, medium plus acidity, and a very brick red color... I really enjoyed drinking this wine, but I honestly can't tell if it is on its last legs or if the grapes being dried on the vine make it seem in its plateau. I'd have to try a bottle again in a few years of the same vintage.

Great pairing for burgers.

Had the 2010 on 2/5/20. Drinks like a baby Barolo with the 80% Nebbiolo some barbers and 5% merlot. Highly recommend the 2010.
