Berry driven, supple tar, nice spice, tight tannins, tobacco. Another 5-8 years will do wonders for this vintage that is beginning to show the velvety texture of nice Barolo.

Very aromatic with rose petals, smoke and tar on the nose. Could use more time in the bottle to flesh out or a nice veal chop to smooth out the tannins and temper the acidity.
