Really nice balance of fruit, depth, acid and a touch of smokiness with this fumin (rare grape varietal). Picked it up for about $22 and was very surprised by its deliciousness.

Very dark, as always, with a sharp plum overtone., and an overall smokiness. It opened quickly and was a wonderful complement to an Italian meal that featured agnolotti dal plin.
