As good as wine can get real rich and layers of great dark fruit. Super thick like the relentless from Shafer. Big and bold but mid tannins. Drank with my dad and we were very happy gents. And Julie had a glass too.

This is a nice wine. But honestly having recently been blown away by a ‘06 and ‘09 Howell Mtn, I unrealistically set a higher expectation for this Mt. Veeder. My mistake.
