2022. I bought three of the 2021 because it was my daughter’s favorite when we visited the winery a few years ago. Since she is out visiting, I had thrown this bottle in the fridge and we paired it with pork tenderloin and honey-za’atar roasted carrots with whipped goat cheese. Paired great and she thinks she liked the 2022 (a little higher % of Sauvignon Blanc) even more.

2021. Third bottle of this vintage over the last few years and it remains fruity, crisp and delicious.

2021. Paired this crisp white blend with a similar spread of tomatoes and olives last summer and it tastes great again this year!

2021. Sauvignon Blanc (55%), Chardonnay (25%), and Albariño (20%). I think they did a great job on the blend to create a fruity and crisp lower abv (11%) summer white. Paired great with chèvre, cherry tomatoes and olives.
