Nice pinot. I was a little congested, but it fit the bill with a nice stoney body. Extremely enjoyable with my steak and romanesco

A bit on the bitter side at first, but settled down after opening for a bit. Used half the bottle for a cranberry Pinot sauce.

Very good, well rounded. Has a strong tartness to it. Could imagine pairing it with salmon. Mild tannins with hints of vanilla
