Just found and tasted this 1979 Cabernet Sauvignon from Oak Knoll Winery! OMG! Hints of bell peppers with lots of jammy notes. Super smooth on the palate! This cab has held up well!

Jul 9th, 2016This yummy Oak Knoll 2006 Cabernet has a spicy pepper nose. A little fruit forward Jaminess. Oh man the spicy pepper follows on the palate and is super jammy! Nice soft finish with a little tannins.
