I really enjoyed this Ripasso. The process yields some of the best European wines I’ve had. It went perfectly with the turkey Italian sausage and penne pasta. A definite rebuy at Costco for $20. Thanks to the on site “sommelier” for the recommendation.

I really like the nose. Bright, Light mustiness, maybe gravel, red fruit, cherry. Palate has a delicate quality to it for being a blend. Red fruit again, solid body, with a short finish. Needs to sit out awhile. Not as full bodied as expected.

Myran gillade detta! Mustigt, fruktigt och smakrikt, lite kryddigt och trivsamt småsträvt. Gott till stekt fläskytterfilé med tzatziki, ajvar och aioli.
