Straightforward good juice. Full bodied, soft tannins, moderate acidity, well balanced. Not going to set the world on fire but works with dinner. Started to oxidize more quickly than expected, about 12 hours.

Cabernet Franc. Vin #Naturelle, but not a good one. €16 at Lavinia, Paris. Pencil and nice red fruit on the nose, warm, though only 12% alc. Very little fruit. Light tannins, slightly astringent, tart acidity. Watery, overall slightly unpleasant in the mouth.
