Love this wine. Nose is roaring. Violets, meat, blood, game, roast beef, dark lavender. Stunning nose. Like a Cote Rotie. 9.5 nose. Wow. So pure. So clean. Palate is juicy and clean with terrific ripe tannins that are a bit intense once open but do integrate. Juicy and full of fruit, granite and tarry notes.

Very dense and seductive. Great sweetness, blackberry, tar, a bit of exotic fruit, mellow black pepper, licorice and baking spice, mint, lots of mineral and spice. Modern and generous but also bright and properly structured.
