Hawkes bay.
Not much of a nose. No toasty aromas. Maybe a faint hint of butter. Very crisp ripe peachy flavors, pear, saline, a hint of butter but quickly dries up with the finish. A bit bitter, but could be from the red peppers and salty crackers I'm having with it
