Rossi Ranch Grenache

Great showing. Concentrated sweet black cherry and plum fruit, fig, spicecake, purple flowers and cooling herbs. Round, creamy mid palate with its warm fruit wrapped up but silky tannin and WC character. Cant wait to check in with some more time.

Opened it way too early. This wine is very durable. Should have waited 5 years. It is good now but has the stuffing to go long.

Had this at Neyers in Napa, thanks Clark. Also tasted great on the next day... And the next... And the next. Opened on a Monday and enjoyed through Thursday.

Excellent -- perfectly balanced and somehow went with everything that Wylie Dufresne could throw at us in the greater part of 12 courses.
