Jan 12th, 2019Peaches and mango, nice, dry Gewürz, paired quite well with a spicy-marinated, grilled chicken tonight. Navarro makes a few late harvest versions on this varietal, all are very good. If you ever find yourself in Philo, stop in and visit their tasting room, it's an interesting, rustic spot.
Even cooler, they also bottle grape juice on their Gewürz and Pinot...if you ever happen to see it, buy no less than 6 bottles and you'll be a very happy person!
