Still Very fresh for a 2004. Not 100% melted tannins. Good body. Red fruit and animal notes. Very nice pairing with chitake sauce steamed snapper and mushrooms.

Wow glad I listened the bev director. Normally I look passed 2004 burgundy but this was a perfect pair with our fish entrees
