Too bitter? Is that possible? It seems awkward to say it. Yes, this is too bitter for an IPA. It blocks the flavor underneath. (Insert that music they play in game shows when you pick the wrong curtain.)

This has a lot of sweet malt and hops that give you fennel branch on top with crisp but mild pine notes underneath. Not your traditional WIPA, but would go great with something like Chinese food or sushi. Aroma and flavor are on point.
